Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, ogni appartamento, situato al piano terra, vanta un ampio soggiorno, cucina e tre camere da letto una sala da bagno e un grande terrazzo vivibile, con tutti i confort. E`presente anche una tenda, in caso il sole della calabria fosse troppo caldo.
Il soggiorno e`spazioso e la cucina ben fornita. La sala da bagno e`completa di vasca e doccia. Due camere sono matrimoniali ed una singola, con possibilita`di inserire un posto letto in piu`.

Condominio ‘Il Terrazzo’
The apartment is one of the 16 appartements of a small apartment complex, condominio ‘Il Terrazzo’, situated on a hill in Parghelia. The complex offers breathtaking views over the Tyrrhenian sea and the tourist hotspot Tropea (located 4 km from the apartment). The Stromboli, one the Ionian islands, is also to be spotted.
The complex is only to be reached via a private road that is only accessible via a remote controlled secured gate. The gates of the complex are remotely controlled offering you complete privacy and security. The park has a private parking space.
Franco is the local concierge who is maintaining the park, gardens and common swimming pool in absolute splendid manner. He is the contact person on arrival and departure and is to be contacted in case of questions.
