Our apartment is on the ground floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen.
A large terrace with dining table and lounge allows you to enjoy outside living. In case the sun gets to warm sun shades are installed to hide under.
The living room is spacious and linked to the well equipped kitchen.
The bathroom has 2 bathroom sinks and a shower.
There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and an additional bedroom with a bunk bed and separate bathroom sink.

Condominio ‘Il Terrazzo’
The apartment is one of the 16 apartements of a small apartment complex, condominio ‘Il Terrazzo’, situated on a hill in Parghelia. The complex offers breathtaking views over the Tyrrhenian sea and the tourist hotspot Tropea (located 4 km from the apartment). The Stromboli, one the Ionian islands, is also to be spotted.
The complex is only to be reached via a private road that is only accessible via a remote controlled secured gate. The gates of the complex are remotely controlled offering you complete privacy and security. The park has a private parking space.
Franco is the local concierge who is maintaining the park, gardens and common swimming pool in absolute splendid manner. He is the contact person on arrival and departure and is to be contacted in case of questions.
